As I was thinking about what to write as I sort of re-join OC Metblogs, my mind (as usual) wandered to food. Recently, my boyfriend and I went to Rutabegorz in Old Towne Orange. Though I’m sure most OCers know if this little gem, I thought I’d remind everyone to have a bite to eat there.

The best part is the ample amount of fresh, healthy food available. From avocado sandwiches to giant salads to shrimp quesadillas, this place has plenty of offerings to satisfy everyone

Great…you posted about one of my favorite restaurants! I have been going to the Tustin site for 10 years or so and still love the almost 70’s atmosphere and all the fresh food. Each location is unique and enjoyable in it’s own way.

When you’re in Old Towne Tustin, enjoy one of Debbie’s great desserts…especially the Rocky Road Cake, if it’s on the menu that day…chocolate heaven!

Too bad there’s none in South County, but the non-chain restaurant style makes me hope they don’t expand too far from their roots!
