Ships, Ahoy!

Tomorrow night beginning at 5pm, the tall ships enter Dana Point Harbor and begin a weekend of festivities dubbed the very corporate-sounding Toshiba Tall Ship Fesitival.

If you are even slightly interested in things nautical, this is not a bad way to spend a couple of hours over the weekend. From pirates to Polynesian dancers to tall ship tours, this festival has lots going on. The only caveat is that the parking at the Harbor sucks and you will have to take a shuttle from Salt Creek Beach Park.

But hey, what’s more romantic than watching a cannon battle at sunset?

Oh! I think it’s beautiful! Last year I was in Sydney and the greatest impression I get were the ships in Sydney harbor…I strongly advice you to go there and see this(by the way, I booked the rooms in hotel here…well, I like there prices)!
