I spoke with the very nice young gentleman who wanted to see when I would want to purchase another family pack similar to the one we had purchased. Just another way for them to get us to give them our discretionary income. Although I did think it would have been very helpful had I had enough money to get another family pack. See, they already got me thinking about how I could see the Ducks play again rather than using my money for some other activity.
