It’s Freeeeee!!! Super Sailor Edition

I just found out about this one. If children [1] and tall ships [2] aren’t your thing, how about a Cold War era warship??? [3] According to the Register article, this is only the second time the Seal Beach Naval Weapons Station has done this since 9/11. I’ve done things like this in the past and it’s usually very interesting! And it’s not just cheap……it’s freeeeee! :-D
Here’s the facts:

USS McClusky, a guided missile frigate that entered service during the height of the Cold War, will accept visitors from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sunday. Visitors are urged to arrive early for the tour, which is free.

Visit the OC Register article [3] for the nitty gritty details.
