Disneyland Advertising on Irvine Spectrum Center Directory

Disneyland Advertising on Irvine Spectrum Center Directory

I just noticed this on the the Irvine Spectrum Center directory. Nice subtle cross-promotion from another Orange County “entertainment destination” Disneyland. Actually I am not surprised considering all of the advertising at the Spectrum is done by Clear Channel Communications
Does it surprise you?

I remember seeing that the last time I was there. I threw up in my mouth a little.

Actually, here is the deal: Disneyland sells tickets at The Irvine Spectrum… and a couple other malls as well (South Coast and The Galleria).

You’d be suprised at all the offsite locations you can buy tickets: car rental companies, upscale hotels and Vons grocery stores.

The directory advertising is actually just part of the Resort’s plan to drum up business at that particular location.

So the next time you are at Alamo Car Rentals, be sure to renew your Annual Pass as well.
