Hmmmm…it looks like ed debevics cleaned up its act and moved south. I’ll add that as an option with the kidlets next time we are stuck looking for something to do down there.

I love love love love love that they are moving away from the stark white and red interiors and are bringing in warmer (but still nostalgic) colors. Seeing other representations of that era is a refreshing sight for sore eyes.

I totally remember Bubbles. The actual bubbling pillars by the door at the corner. I didn’t know it was a part of Ruby’s though. I do now.

I love Ruby’s, too. I worked there for years while in college–a loooong time ago. I even opened up their other attempt at an "upscale" restaurant, Bubbles, in Balboa. Remember Bubbles? It’s an art gallery now.
I can’t WAIT to go to their new place at The Spectrum. Thanks for the sneak peek.
