The Holidays at Disneyland Resort

My family and I were guests of the Disneyland Resort this past weekend, courtesy of my mommyblogging and, ahem, friends in high places.

We were lucky enough to be seated in a special area to watch the “Believe….in Holiday Magic” Fireworks Spectacular, and it was indeed truly spectacular. And did you know that Sleeping Beauty’s Castle has been reopened?

After the show and the subsequent “snowfall,” my sister turned to me and said, “You know, I didn’t really feel like it was Christmas yet. But I do now.”

And that pretty much says it all.

Did you hear that Mickey Mouse, Aladdin, Peter Pan and Snow White were arrested outside Disneyland this summer?

    disneyisunfaithful,

You don’t sound like rep for the hotel worker’s union at all. For the record, I assume what you mean by "Mickey Mouse, Aladdin, Peter Pan and Snow White were arrested outside Disneyland" is actually this: several paid protesters (that are NOT cast members) were arrested in a preplanned stunt to get attention.

I support the unions, but sheesh, come on. We all know that characters are not part of the hotel union. We also know a load of shit when we smell it being heaped upon us.
