Your parking skills are lacking
What I realized from the meet up is that there are always two things we can always complain about. One is traffic and the other is parking. And while there’s nothing we can do about the first, except for honking feverously or changing our work hours. iparklikeanidiot.com gives us a great (legal?) way to unleash our rage at those damn SUVs that take up 2 spots. Buy some bumper stickers, find an idiot parking job, stick, and run-away. Repeat if necessary.

No so sure about legal…even though they’re “low-tac”, they’re probably still vandalism. They are funny, though.
It’s only vandalism if you get caught — hence Terry’s instructions to “run away”! It is better then keying the jerks, though.
That is *so* awesome. Problem is, I’d use them all up my first day of touring my company’s parking lot. I can’t tell you how many people take up multiple parking spaces like that… Oooh, the joy these would bring…
Especially out in the AH where Hummers take up two parking spots and the truck with the raised tires park sidways so no one can hit their truck. I mean how in the heck will I hit the truck with my car door when the truck is higher then my car?
Today at the gym they towed a silver jaguar because the person parked in the handicap spot and they didn’t have a tag!
I’d sticker them on the door handles–take THAT, evil parker!
I don’t park like that and don’t like drivers who do. But, your suggestion amounts to destruction of someone else’s private property and if it’s my property – you’ll have to deal with me and you won’t like it one bit. It will make your stunt seem very, very silly – which it is. Perhaps it would be better to leave the piece unattached under the uwindshield wiper – then it can be funny and not destructive.
I love when humor and sarcasm are lost on people…
Dear Anon: If you meant my comments, I appreciate your temperate remarks. Unfortunately, I have past real life experience where homeowners associations, thugs and other miscreants seemed to think that actually placing stickers on windshields and door windows for those parked in a space that they wanted or thought they owned was the right thing to do. It isn’t humorous or sarcastic to have to replace a window because the sticker won’t come off. So, I apologize for my post and just wanted to pass my reality along in case someone may have gotten carried away with an otherwise humorous and sarcastic parking sticker.
Rich,
The stickers are quite easy to remove and do not damage vehicles.
“to have to replace a window because the sticker won’t come off”?
I’m sorry. I thought this sticker thing was a pretty funny idea too. But I have never heard of someone replacing their window because a sticker wouldn’t come off. Did they use some kind of epoxy normally used to attached mirrors? I’ve had sticker snot stuck on my windshield for years out of laziness and finally decided to take action to clean it off for a more profitable sale, but it came off without actually replacing the glass. I would seriously question the guy who charged you for that replacement. I bet that glass is happily enclosing some other car just like yours and it made a nice little profit for the installer. Did you actually SEE the glass exchange?
What rule did you break to have an HOA violation tag stuck to your window? Was it in Rancho Santa Margarita by any chance? Do you drive a black Mercedes and like to park it next a fire hydrant and sidewalk ramp? Then maybe I put that sticker on your car.
Oooooo… They need to put those stickers on a roll in a dispencer that will neatly and gently apply a single clean sticker to an idiot car. Ooo, oooo, OOOooo… or… or… Have an inked rubber roller that is refilled with a special water-soluable ink/paint. Then you could mark the idiots while drawing less attention to your activities. But then I guess you risk being stopped with the evidence of your “crime”.
