I have to say: The wet and cloudy weather has rocked my world.

I’ve effectively hidden the fact that I once lived on the east coast and wintered in Maine and Massachusetts. I’ve become a California-weather-wimp and temperatures in the mid-60’s are now cold and I might even wear gloves when I go for a walk or a jog.

That being said, the beach is still there, and it is inviting.

I cocooned most of the past eight days and it was great to finally get out and enjoy the sand and fresh air. So, keep in mind: the beach is still there and we’re still OC’ers.
